Shipping policy

We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation. During product launches, promotions or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method at checkout.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or local delivery conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and available shipping methods.

Free shipping may be available during selected promotions or above a minimum order value when displayed at checkout.
